Subsidiary Partnership Program

Test the fit before making it permanent.

Sunshine Atlas considers operating businesses that can benefit from shared governance, capital discipline, infrastructure, continuity planning, and long-term strategic support.

How it works

A measured path into Atlas.

Joining Atlas is not automatic. Candidate businesses move through review, due diligence, interviews, and—when appropriate—a separately executed 365-day trial agreement before full onboarding is considered.

01

Application

Tell us how the business operates, what it needs, and why Atlas could be the right long-term home.

02

Due diligence

Atlas reviews ownership, financial condition, legal/compliance posture, operating risks, leadership, and strategic alignment.

03

365-day trial

Selected businesses may enter a written one-year trial relationship with clear responsibilities, limits, reporting, and exit terms.

04

Checkpoint reviews

Formal reviews occur at 90, 180, 270, and 365 days using a consistent operating scorecard.

05

Decision

Atlas may approve full onboarding, continue with conditions, decline conversion, or end the trial according to the executed agreement.

Request consideration

Apply to the Atlas portfolio.

Provide enough detail for an initial review. Submission does not create a contract, ownership relationship, financing commitment, or guarantee of acceptance.

Important: An application does not create a subsidiary relationship, investment commitment, employment relationship, or binding agreement. Selected businesses may be invited to due diligence and a separately executed 365-day trial agreement.
