Careers

Help build Atlas before it becomes ordinary.

We are a small, early-stage LLC. That means smaller teams, broader responsibility, and a benefits package that will begin modestly. It also means early team members will have a real hand in shaping how Atlas operates as it grows.

Year-one workforce plan

A deliberately small first team.

Atlas is planning approximately $150,000 for its first-year payroll and people budget. We do not intend to fill every position below at once. Core roles will be funded first, specialized functions may begin fractionally or by contract, and other positions will open as revenue and workload justify them.

After the first operating year, staffing, compensation, and benefits will be reviewed against revenue, profitability, workload, and the needs of each subsidiary.

Roles we expect to prioritize in the first operating team.

02

Fractional / Contract

Early-stage plan

Benefits we intend to build into the early employment experience where financially and operationally practical.

Paid holidays

A modest paid-holiday schedule for eligible employees, subject to role and employment classification.

Paid time off

A modest PTO allowance for eligible employees, designed to grow as company resources improve.

Flexible work arrangements

Flexible scheduling and hybrid or remote work where the responsibilities of the role allow it.

Professional development

Performance recognition

Performance and milestone bonuses may be awarded when company results and cash flow support them; they are not guaranteed compensation.

Early-team recognition

Atlas will document meaningful contributions made during the startup period and consider them when future compensation, promotion, and incentive programs are established.

As Atlas grows

Programs we want to introduce when revenue, profitability, and headcount can support them sustainably.

Medical, dental, and vision

Employer-sponsored health benefits are a growth-stage goal as revenue and headcount make a sustainable plan practical.

Retirement program

A 401(k) or similar retirement plan, with an employer contribution when financially sustainable.

Expanded PTO and leave

Additional PTO, parental leave, and other paid-leave programs as the organization matures.

Life and disability coverage

Employer-sponsored life and disability insurance as part of a broader benefits package.

Education and certification reimbursement

Broader reimbursement for education, licensing, certifications, and role-relevant development.

Long-term incentives

Potential profit-sharing, milestone, or other long-term incentive programs if formally adopted by Atlas in the future; no equity or incentive is promised by this listing.

Early team recognition

People who help build Atlas early should be remembered when Atlas grows.

We will document meaningful early-stage contributions, expanded responsibilities, major milestones, and long-term performance. When future compensation, promotion, bonus, retirement, profit-sharing, or other incentive programs are formally established, that history can be considered as part of those decisions.

This philosophy does not guarantee equity, bonuses, raises, profit sharing, or any future benefit unless it is separately adopted and documented by Atlas.
